SELECTED WORK 2023–2026 · UPDATED MAY 2026

10    COBOT

TYPE: SOFTWARE

A multi-agent platform built on a simple premise: small teams should punch as hard as large ones. Rather than another chat interface, it was a shared operating environment where people and AI agents worked together — delegating, collaborating, and executing across actual tools in real time.

I co-founded the parent company and owned the product from concept through launch across iOS, Mac, and Web. Built the GTM motion from scratch — positioning, channels, early revenue infrastructure. Reached $8M in pipeline ARR by beta with 1,000 paying customers on day one.

9    YODO

TYPE: CPG

34/98/5973

A CPG brand rooted in Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula — one of five Blue Zones in the world, where people consistently live past 100.

The brand started with specialty coffee: two SKUs sourced from Blue Zone farms at 700–1000 masl, roasted in-house in Miami, and distributed across retail and wholesale. The provenance isn't a marketing angle — it's a fifteen-year personal connection to the land and the people who farm it.

Built and operated from scratch. Own production, retail distribution, and the full brand architecture. Expanding across the categories that define how the peninsula actually lives — what it grows, what it drinks, what it makes.

A bet on what comes after apps. The thesis: operating systems had become bloated corporate experiences designed to keep us busy, not productive. We were building the OS layer for agentic computing — where actions, not applications, are the primitive.

As co-founder and COO I held the operational and commercial architecture of the company while shaping product direction from zero. That meant GTM strategy, hiring, revenue infrastructure, and the unglamorous work of translating a large vision into something that actually shipped.

7    THIRDWALL

TYPE: TECH

34/98/5973

An early experiment in applied AI — a concept for an AI therapist that let users select and apply different therapeutic frameworks, CBT, DBT, IPT, Psychodynamic, to their conversations in real time.

Built in late 2023 in the immediate wake of GPT-4. Less about the product and more about probing a question: what happens when clinical structure meets conversational AI? The anime visual language was intentional — making something inherently heavy feel approachable.

Never shipped. The question was worth asking anyway.

7    VARIOUS PROJECTS

TYPE: INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE

34/98/5973

Interiors have been a quiet parallel practice — spaces conceived and renovated over the years, mostly personal, occasionally for others. The through-line is restraint: materials that age well, light treated as a design element, and an aversion to anything that tries too hard. Trained in design at Central Saint Martins, applied differently.

SELECTED INVESTMENTS 2019-2026Thesis-driven from the start. I look for founders with unusual clarity, categories with structural tailwinds, and products that change how people or institutions operate. I invest earliest — where the relationship between founder and market is still being written.

Portfolio includes Anthropic, Perplexity, Ramp, Anduril, Open, Mercury, Extropic, and Intro. Advised on the sale of Diagram to Figma.
